Full description of the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Surefitters, your mission is sell commercial truck upfitting, while cultivating and growing relationships with Commercial Truck Dealers and Fleets within your designated territory. By delivering innovative solutions and fostering collaboration both internally and externally, you will drive revenue growth and uphold Surefitters' commitment to redefine excellence in customer satisfaction and industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Retain and Grow Commercial Truck Dealer Relationships:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with Commercial Truck Dealers within a 300-mile radius of the Surefitters Facility.
  • Implement strategies to retain existing dealers and foster growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all Commercial Truck Dealers are served, with a focus on a target list through in-person and virtual sales, and a Dealer program.
  • Meet or exceed annual Sales Revenue commitments outlined in the budgeting process.

Retain and Grow Assigned Fleet Customer Relationships:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with assigned fleet.
  • Implement strategies to retain existing fleet customers and identify avenues for growth.
  • Meet or exceed annual Sales Revenue commitments outlined in the budgeting process.

Effective Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with Account Management to ensure seamless processing of quotes and projects.
  • Accurately communicate customer needs and preferences to internal teams.
  • Gain and maintain product knowledge from the Sales Team to better serve customers.

Active Contribution to Surefitters Sales Team:

  • Actively participate in Sales Team meetings, discussions, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Sales Team.

Maintain Dealer and Regional Fleet Database:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Commercial Truck Dealers and Fleet Customers in CRM.
  • Regularly update database information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Pay: $100,000 - $175,000 a year including base, commission and bonus, DOQ.

Work location/Travel: **

  • 80% in the field within MN and surrounding states (300-mile radius), 20% in-office in Rosemount, MN or remote
