Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the automotive industry and contribute to the success of our dealership. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Understand and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to potential buyers - Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle performance - Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach a mutually beneficial agreement - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings - Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to meet or exceed sales targets Qualifications: - Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred - Strong knowledge of retail math principles and ability to calculate pricing, discounts, and financing options accurately - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Proficient in using dealership software systems for inventory management and customer relationship management (CRM) - Familiarity with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and prospecting - Valid driver's license We offer competitive compensation packages including commission-based earnings, health benefits, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement within our dealership.
