Description: The Assistant Community Association Manager / Community Association Manager carries out the essential management duties of a portfolio of Community Associations. Under the direction of their Supervisor, the Board of Directors and working closely with the Management Support Staff, the Assistant Community Association Manager / Community Association Manager builds and maintains professional relationships with a portfolio of Community Associations. Daily functions of planning and forecasting, completion of tasks and projects, communicating regularly is succeeded with the understanding of: governance, basic construction & home maintenance, finance & accounting, leadership & customer service and regular follow up and follow through while managing all aspects of multiple Association maintained properties in the Chicagoland area. This position is expected to become a full time Community Association Manager position within 6 months of hire.

*The Assistant Community Association Manager / Community Association Manager will be responsible for attending evening Board meetings and daytime site inspections. This position will convert to a full- time remote position working 30 60 days in the home office and occasionally in our office as needed. Some travel to MN should be expected for training and continual Team Building.

Our office location is based in Lake Forest, IL with Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. The assigned portfolio will be generally the Northern Chicagoland area.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates shall have an Associates degree with at least two years of work experience. The candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, possess a positive attitude, and be able to work until the job is done. Applicants must work well independently and with a team in a high performing and fast-paced environment with an absolute commitment to customer satisfaction. Experience with MS Office, Adobe Professional, other software platforms and be technically able to communicate through all platform types should be expected. Having or having the ability to obtain the CMCA and the Illinois Community Association Manager designations are a must within 3 months of hire.

Compensation and Offerings: $55,000+ annually during first year of employment and with high job performance reviews, expect advancement opportunities and commensurate pay increase and bonuses. Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
