Full description of the position

As a Field Sales Representative at our esteemed auto hail repair center, you will play a crucial role in directly promoting our industry-leading hail repair services to potential clients. With a focus on exceptional customer service and effective networking, you will contribute significantly to expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Pay:

  • Pay is based on a per-profit basis.
  • The average representative can earn about $60,000 - $80,000.00 per year.
  • The commission is 35% of the gross profits- or an average of what profits would be made per job (average is about $800)
  • Base pay ranges from $10,000.00 to $40,000.00 (based on experience)
  • Your pay is all up to you!!!

  • Upon successful completion of 60 days and performance review, you will be eligible to become a W2 employee, opening you up for benefits including dental/vision/life insurance, etc.

Schedule:

  • The Field Sales Schedule is optimized for client contact.
  • Brief midday meetings are held daily.
  • Must be in the field Monday - Saturday from 1pm to 6pm
  • 2 days off are allowed per week // 1 extra day is allowed upon meeting AND exceeding goals for the week.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work varying shifts dependent on weather, daylight, and optimal contact times are required.

Tasks (including but not limited to):

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Approach homeowners and businesses door-to-door to introduce and explain the auto hail repair services offered.
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients to assess their needs and educate them on the benefits of hail repair.
  • Showcase before-and-after photos or examples of successful hail repairs to visually demonstrate the quality of the services.
  • Explain the repair process, highlighting the expertise and technology used in the auto hail repair.
  • Collect contact information from interested individuals for follow-up and future marketing efforts.
  • Deliver a compelling sales pitch that addresses potential clients' concerns and emphasizes the advantages of choosing your hail repair services.
  • Network and build relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Participate in some office duties such as meetings with the management team.

Job Specific Requirements:

  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales or a related direct-to-consumer sales field is strongly preferred but not required
  • Utilize personal vehicle for fieldwork
  • Bilingual proficiency is not required but is a plus

General Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and goals.
  • Self-motivated
  • Willingness to work primarily in the field, with limited office time.
  • Highly organized, able to handle multiple concurrent assignments.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

The Field Sales Representative should be physically capable of driving, sitting, walking, and standing for extended periods, as this role primarily involves fieldwork. Having a valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation is essential.
