The Sales Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a high performing Group and Individual Travel Sales team. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.

Qualifications
Your experience:
A true desire to exceed our guests expectations to create everlasting experiences.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to make quick decisions in tough situations.
Possess a thorough understanding of hotel operations.
Previous Hotel Administrative experience a plus.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a working knowledge of Opera & Reserve.
Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized.
Candidates should possess proven leadership skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and Holidays based on business demands.
