Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design preferences,

functional needs, and budgetary constraints.

Create custom kitchen designs that prioritize space optimization, functionality, and aesthetic

appeal, tailoring each project to the client's vision.

Selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures that reflect the clients style while adhering to

budgetary guidelines.

Present initial design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback through revisions to

achieve final approval.

Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and our purchasing department to ensure

smooth, integrated execution of design projects from concept through to completion.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining strict adherence to project

timelines and budget constraints.

Keep up to date with the most recent industry trends, product innovations, and design

methodologies, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

A bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, or a closely related field is preferred.

Demonstrable experience in high-end custom kitchen design, evidenced through a portfolio

of previous projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to 2020,

ProKitchen, and AutoCAD.

A deep understanding of kitchen design principles, materials, and construction techniques.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, facilitating clear and

effective interaction with clients and team members.

A highly creative mindset coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Adaptability to meet the evolving needs and preferences of clients and projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
