Chase Building Group, Inc. is a 20+ yr old establised General Contractor with a proven track record licensed in Alabama, Georgia and Florida.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base. This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate project leads

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients including Architects, Developers and Construction Managers.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth

- Utilize project management skills to oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals

- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage client interactions

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field

- Strong networking skills

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
