Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have experience in Counter Sales or inside sales.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Conduct outbound calls for sales promotions or follow-up purposes

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

- Previous Parts experience in HVAC/Plumbing/Wholesale a PLUS

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles

- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Knowledge of telemarketing or inside sales techniques is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions
