Our client, a pioneer in HVAC parts distribution since 1947, seeks a dynamic Inside Sales Associate to join their team at their Jacksonville location on the south side. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities including but not limited to receiving and processing customer orders, diligently monitoring order status updates, promptly addressing inquiries via both phone and email channels, meticulously updating order records in our sophisticated database, and providing invaluable assistance to customers by facilitating the loading of completed orders into their vehicles. The Day-to-Day:

• Effortlessly handle inbound calls and email inquiries, meticulously inputting vital customer details such as names, billing particulars, addresses, and order specifications into our advanced database system.
• Spearheaded seamless coordination of critical order details among customers, supervisors, and the stock room to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
• Extend warm greetings to customers upon their arrival, proactively assist in preparing their materials, and expertly facilitate the loading of their vehicles with finalized orders, showcasing our commitment to exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of two years of recent experience showcasing proficiency in data entry tasks, with a preference for proficiency in Microsoft Excel or analogous Warehouse Management Systems.
• Demonstrate a robust track record of at least three years in sales or customer service roles, underscoring your adeptness in fostering enduring customer relationships.
• A mechanical aptitude or a background in HVAC, indicative of your deeper understanding of our industry's nuances and challenges.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• $18.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
