```Duties```
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and potential customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Spanish language is a plus
- Familiarity with sales techniques and business development strategies
- Experience with technology sales or software products is desirable
- Knowledge of outbound calling and telemarketing practices is a plus
