We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for building long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Warm calling prospective clients to generate new leads and expand client base
- Analyze client data and sales trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Provide regular updates and reports on account status and sales performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate product offerings to clients

Experience:

- 2-3 yrs of Proven experience in Lawncare account management is REQUIRED
- Strong background in technical sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated management and customer service is required
- Proficient in managing lawncare crews
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
