Full description of the position

Consultant- Organized Play Market Development Support Specialist
AltaSource Group is searching for an Organized Play Market Development Support Specialist for our international gaming company on the Eastside! Join this fun team & media franchise client in Downtown Bellevue!
This position works to support the Play! Retail groups in customer support, onboarding support and necessary administrative tasks facilitating a positive customer experience throughout the onboarding cycle. Provides follow-up support for existing Professor and Retail Program customers to provide timely and positive support experiences.
Day-to-day, you will:
  • Supports Play! Retail Market Development teams
  • Provide customer service support for inquiries regarding program
  • Support in logistics fulfillment for customers across diverse markets
  • Plan events to support team retention and recruitment activities including summits and conferences
  • Intake and follow up on applications for interested leagues
  • Support in background checks for new leagues
  • Assist in communications campaigns and program mailings via CRM
  • Previous responsibility handling PII
About You:
Your knowledge and skill-set should include the following:
  • One (1) to two (2) years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with helpdesk support to end users
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with current Play! programs a plus.
  • Acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and the initiative to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize, handle multiple projects at one time, and have excellent follow up skills.
  • Must be solution-oriented and results driven.
  • Eager learner who is not afraid to ask questions.
Salary information: up to $30/hr. D.O.E.
Note: This position is an onsite contract role with the potential to extend or convert full-time. Our client is unable to consider candidates who require H1 visa sponsorship for this role. Please no corp-to-corp or 1099.
