We are seeking ambitious, customer-focused Business Development talents to join our team. This position will be responsible for continued growth and development of our customer accounts. Build high level relationships and understand customers businesses to provide solutions that exactly meet their needs. Our compensation is salary-based, with commission and possible monthly bonus earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls and emails to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Cold calling, emailing potential customers.
• Developing new accounts and further expanding our customer base.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Provide B2B full life circle services to customers.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Continually enhance selling skills, product, technology, application, and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Experience in medical device and healthcare is a plus
• A passionate professional experience in B2B sales
• Experience in cold calling and prospecting
• Dedicated to a career in sales
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be dependable, responsible, with reliable attendance
• Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and work in an organized and self-supervised manner
