Requirements :
- Technical Savvy, natural problem-solver
- Prior exposure to a CRM system, a plus
- Strong communicator both, interpersonal and writing skills.
- ME, EE or CE degree is desirable, not required.
- Experience in selling technical engineered products to various industries.
- Strong business acumen with a professional disposition
- Experience selling products to the Processing Industries is a plus
- Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights.
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking, for extended periods and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and coordination.
- Work in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels.
Responsibilities:
- Work with exclusively Sales Representatives to provide technical assistance and support
- 2% Hunting new accounts, 98% Farming existing accounts
- Provide training to further Sales Representatives knowledge and understanding of our various products so that they can become proficient and effective selling equipment.
- Direct customer contact is required
- Maintain a solid understanding of competitive equipment and what competition will offer to compete against
- Promote the understand our various products in-depth
- Assist in initial assessment of project viability from both technical and commercial viewpoints.
- Assist the Reps follow-up and closing orders.
- When in receipt of a request for specialty equipment, the request must be in written format from a prospective customer, not from a Sales Rep; nothing verbal will be acceptable in any manner shape or form where a special application is concerned.
- Review specialty requests and discussed within the Sales Department
- Review offerings prepared by the assigned Field Sales Representatives before being submitted to prospective customers.
- Set up face-to-face visit with a prospective customer
- Assist with specialty sales activities as assigned by the Sales Manager. This includes trade show participation (possibly to assist with display set-up and dismantling), applicable Field Sales Representative training, customer seminars, as well as customer visits for purposes of enhancing sales.
- Assist Sales and Marketing in any way requested by the Sales Manager to further the promotion and sale of company products.

- Work together to further customer satisfaction and sales
