The Cunningham Group is an established Luxury Residential Real Estate Team with professional local sales Agents. Rick Cunningham, the Team's Lead Agent, is one of the top leading real estate professionals in the United States. Rick is the Owner and Operating Principal of multiple Keller Williams franchises located throughout California and Hawaii. Combined, Rick's offices rank at the top of the Keller Williams Realty International system. The 1,700 plus agents spread across 9 Keller Williams franchises sold over $11 Billion in residential and commercial real estate in FY 2021.

TCG is Rick Cunningham's internal hub at Keller Williams Brentwood. We are looking for more seasoned Agents to join our Real Estate Team and work in a very positive and exciting environment. Not only do we help you generate your own leads, but we also provide the tools needed to do so. We pay for most real estate expenses an individual agent would usually pay for, and we have great splits and mentors who will provide the training and help you need. Being a part of our Team also includes leads and listings of our own including open house opportunities. Compensation will be commission based.

Qualifications:

• You should have an engaging personality & great attitude

• Be personable, honest, and interested in helping others

• Highly organized with attention to detail and comfortable with technology

• Self-motivated & driven

• Desire to learn new skills and working on a Team

• You must have an active real estate license and minimum of 1 year real estate sales experience with transactions closed

Responsibilities:

• Nurturing company provided leads and prospecting new lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, social media, open houses etc.

• Working closely with buyers and sellers in real estate sales transactions

• Negotiating contracts and handling client issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
