Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and assisting with sales transactions. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers and provide friendly and helpful assistance
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain accuracy in cash counting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:
- Previous experience operating a cash register is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Basic knowledge of technical sales to assist customers with product selection
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing and change calculations
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus
