Sales Representative, Lead Generation

We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Lead Generation Sales Representative. Ideal candidates will excel in a fast-paced environment and be motivated to develop new business through outbound phone, email and other marketing efforts using company provided contacts and resources.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new business by contacting existing customers for additional services.
• Understand product offerings and effectively communicate benefits to the end-user.
• Maintain and foster existing customer relationships through warm leads.
• Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and objectives
• Achieve daily call volume expectations to source additional business
• Adhere to Dext Capitals exceptional customer service standards.
• Prepare quotes and handles negotiations when appropriate.
• Create/maintain monthly reporting for vendor programs
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong verbal, written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and be coachable
• Motivated to meet/exceed goals
• Desire to develop negotiation and consultative sales skills

Preferences

• Equipment finance or related lease/loan experience
• Inside sales experience
• Experience with SalesForce or other CRM and/or willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
