Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service - Identify and assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends - Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms - Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims accurately and efficiently - Maintain client records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Requirements: - Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or a related field - Strong knowledge of insurance sales principles and practices - Familiarity with insurance products and coverage options - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients - Proficiency in telemarketing techniques is a plus - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse client base - Experience in benefits administration or sales administration is preferred We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission. Pay: $61,113.00 - $73,056.00 per year
