Job Description:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales initiatives by tapping into new markets and solidifying our presence in the architectural sheet metal industry. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Following up on leads and conducting cold door-to-door sales pitches to potential clients.

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through storm chasing, cold calling, networking, and social media.

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Negotiating deals with roofing companies and managing commercial leads.

- Providing clients with technical advice and product knowledge on our architectural sheet metal and concealed fastener systems.

- Working closely with our manufacturing team to ensure product specifications and delivery timelines meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the architectural sheet metal, construction, or related industry.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
