Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Sales Manager to join our team. As a Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer success
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the technology or technical sales industry
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Demonstrated success in business development and building client relationships
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $57,161.09 - $75,000.00 per year
