Spa Associate

While this is a customer service oriented position, it is Sales based. We want to see your ability to sell and get after it. While there is hourly pay, this is commission-based position. You earn more based on your sales. Can make up to $400+ in commission sales for the month along with bonuses.

No Sales experience required, we hire based on attitude and the ability to not take No for an answer.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Selling memberships, and upgraded services to first time clients
• As we are a month to month membership, reselling the membership with great customer service and suggesting upgrades to current members
• Selling Gift Cards and products
• Answer phones, book appointments
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Computer knowledge (Zenoti program)
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 30 per week
