Spokanes Largest RV Dealer is looking for a Service/Sales Receptionist to join our team. This candidate would preferably have some relevant experience in working at a dealership (RV, Boat or Automotive). Must be a team player, have a pleasant personality and able to work with a large group of people. We have a very busy retail service business and need a person to greet our customers as they arrive and pickup from our Service Department. This position will answer phones, file, taking photos of RV's and other miscellaneous office work. Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, please provide references. Training will be provided for the right candidate. If you like to be busy and enjoy administrative work this might be a great fit for you.

Specific Job Duties include:

Taking pictures of units (inside & outside in yard)

Scanning and storing MSRPS

Sending thank you & anniversary emails in CRM

Ordering Brochures

Building Deal Jackets

Filing pink commission slips

Filing dead deals

Let receptionist know when supplies in cabinet are low

Wipe down finance managers office on their days off

Help out in service on Wednesdays

Cover for sales receptionist on her lunches and all day Saturday

Change stock tags in transferred units

Fix bedding in units and make sure dishes are in right place (sometimes the guys take them off the table to show customers what the table looks like down)

Input UP Cards in CRM

Fill water cooler up front before you leave for the night

Clean brochure room when needed (if you need forks, plates, napkins etc get from breakroom in back)

Check trashes around showroom and take to back door when full

Clean up toy room area by parts when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
