Job Description:
Partnering with sales, finance, and operations department to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, supporting a geographical Regional Account Executive team.

Essential Job Duties:

• Partners with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Video Central Station) to design and implement video monitoring solutions that meet the clients needs

• Muti- tasking is vital, must be able to resolve and remediate customers issues in a timely manner.

• Serve as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert for ECAMSECURE and its services throughout the marketplace

• Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments with all ECAMSECURE solutions.

• Support trade shows, networking, appointment setting, industry associations, referrals, and other lead generation techniques

• Write proposals, conduct presentations, and demonstrate ECAMSECURE value proposition meeting assigned matrix.

• Maintain CRM database by inputting leads and updating activity

• Coordinate client services with key company personnel, including Operations, and Finance.

• RFP management

• COI management
