Job Description: Roofing Sales Representative

Position: Roofing Sales Representative

Location: Indy and surrounding areas.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: Commission-based (8% of total sales) for none experienced reps.
• Base Salary: Commission-based (10% of total sales) for proven experienced reps.
• Monthly Bonuses: Additional incentives for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Minimum Sales Targets: A minimum of 12 sales per month.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify potential clients through research, referrals, and networking.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for roofing consultations.
• Client Consultations:
• Meet with homeowners and commercial property managers to assess roofing needs.
• Present roofing solutions, provide estimates, and answer questions.
• Build rapport and trust with clients.
• Sales and Negotiation:
• Prepare detailed proposals and contracts.
• Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and project scope.
• Close deals efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Building:
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to expand the client base.
• Goal Achievement:
• Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Continuously monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Ethical Conduct:
• Uphold honesty, integrity, and transparency in all interactions.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Previous success in sales, preferably in roofing or construction.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex roofing concepts clearly.
• Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve and exceed targets.
• Valid Drivers License: Required for client visits.
• Roofing Knowledge: Basic understanding of roofing materials and installation processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 40 per week
