Full description of the position

We Are Hiring:
Sign-on bonus:
Department: Employer solutions- medical clinic
Schedule: Full time | Day shift | 40 hrs per week
Hospital:

What You Will Do:
Drives sales and new points of distribution for multiple service line offerings through finding,
managing, and growing large strategic accounts and relationships.

  • Engages prospective clients and brokers to create and close new business opportunities.
  • Solicits new accounts through sales channels in the field. Prepares pro-formas, quotes and proposals to
    prospective strategic customers.
  • Collaborates with leaders across the organization to drive new business.
  • Employs professional written and verbal communication skills to sell services to business executives and
    manages executive level relationships.
  • Drives growth of contracted healthcare services offerings and solutions through sales efforts with
    businesses.

What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Required Credential(s):
  • Health/Life Insurance License credentialed from the state of Wisconsin obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. License to be issued by the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance in Wisconsin.
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
