RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers.
• Conduct in-depth consultations and assessments to understand customer needs.
• Present and promote our roofing products and services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes
• Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within assigned territory.

Ability to get on ladders and walk on roofs within reason.

Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus, but not required.

Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks.
