Position Summary:

We are seeking ambitious, intelligent and appointment setter to join our world class team. The ENTJ personality Type or similar is an ideal.

Join our dynamic organization agency as an Appointment Setter and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. This position offers uncapped earning potential with a commission-based compensation structure.

Our organization provides the Most Elite Educational Photographic & Video Production Workshop Series in the World. We direct High End 5 star Photographic Experiences to clients that range from $16,500 to $25,000 per experience and we have a 95% Re-Enrollment Rate! We have Directed 150 Elite Photographic Workshops over the last 14 Years and are owned and Directed by a TV Host, Director and Celebrity Fashion Photographer.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound phone calls to potential clients.

-Maintain a well-organized calendar with accurate appointment details.

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team

- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions

Send calendar invites and reminders to both clients and internal team members.

Follow-Up:

Send follow-up emails or messages to clients to confirm appointments and answer any

questions they may have.

Reschedule appointments as necessary.

Reporting:

Generate and maintain reports on appointment scheduling and outcomes.

Provide regular updates to the client via email.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in appointment setting, referral marketing, and/or general virtual assistance.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Comfortable working independently and remotely

-Familiarity with CRM software or appointment scheduling tools is a plus.

- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use sales and CRM tools effectively

Compensation Details:

- Commission-based, with $150-$1280 paid per successful sale

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday

Career Progression:

After the initial period, successful appointment setters will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time closer role.
