Lighting equipment company in Rockland is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work alongside the internal sales team and handle communications with vendors and customers. This individual will also play a key role in order management including processing, tracking, and managing digital paperwork. This individual communicates heavily internally and externally for the company, so strong communication skills are a must. We are also looking for someone with experience working in a customer/client facing role within a product sales office environment. Responsibilities:

• Work alongside inside and outside sales teams to ensure proper information is relayed to customers and vendors
• Communication via phone and email within the electrical network
• Entering data accurately for order processing
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Accurately enter customer data and update customer accounts in the system
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required
• Previous experience with order processing/ vendor management preferred
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
