Full description of the position

In-Office Position, No Remote.

This is a call center sales position for an insurance and financial firm. You will be pre-qualifying clients and pre-filling applications to enroll them in life and health insurance. You will work in a team under a licensed supervisor to support you every step of the way.

There is advancement opportunity to grow with the company in various management roles. The company provides all training materials and assistance to advance and grow your career.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of sales experience
• Must fluently speak English
• Must speak clearly and professionally
• Must be able to read a script and converse naturally

Work Schedule / Pay

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.

$45,000 - $75,000 per year ($850 - $1,500 /week)
$75,000 - $125,000 per year (Top Performers)

The above salary range is typical for most team members. You can expect to start making sales your very first week, and receive your first pay check the following week. We pay an hourly floor rate plus commissions on every sale.

Employee Training

We provide comprehensive in-office training. Your first few days in office will be dedicated to learning and training with your manager. Once youre prepared and ready, youll start making outbound calls to clients with supervision from your team leader.

You will begin making sales your first week!
