Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail oriented Account Manager with an active Florida 2-20 insurance license and at least two years of experience in the field.

This role is crucial for managing and retaining a portfolio of commercial accounts, providing exceptional service support to our producers, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily client service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the renewal process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Address and resolve client service needs proactively throughout the policy term.
• Process policy amendments and change requests with precision.
• Create and manage Certificate Templates and Evidence of Property insurance.
• Utilize and maintain our management system (Applied EPIC) for accurate document management.
• Demonstrate professionalism, maintaining composure in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Engage with clients via email in a professional manner, ensuring clear, courteous, and timely communication.
• Serve as a mentor to Customer Service Representatives, promoting efficiency and improved workflow.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida 2-20 insurance license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills and adept at business writing.
