About Us

At Flip, we're a shopping social network connecting brands and shoppers through a marketplace powered by short form video reviews generated by real customers within the ecosystem. The platform combines a TikTok-like discovery experience with a premium e-commerce service, and a full suite of creator tools allowing every shopper on Flip to become a creator and monetize their content.

Job Overview

We're looking for a Sales Representative who is not only excited to work in a fast-paced tech environment but also has an exceptional work ethic. This isn't just a 9-5 job; we're looking for someone who is eager to go above and beyond to succeed and who thrives on hard work and challenges.

This position is based in our El Segundo CA office.

Responsibilities

    • Sell Advertising opportunities to brands across all sectors
    • Build long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs
    • Collaborate with different teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and performance
    • Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Analyze campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization
    • Prepare reports, proposals, and contracts for clients and internal stakeholders
    • Maintain a deep understanding of Flip products and services

Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape
    • Documented success as a Sales Rep
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in advertising or technology sectors
    • Exceptional work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite and CRM software
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
