Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and maximizing sales opportunities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining an organized sales floor
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Utilize the POS system to track sales and inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of technical sales is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic phone etiquette

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 35 per week
