Seeking a personable and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team and take on the responsibilities of home accessory sales and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and possess the skills necessary to assist customers in finding the perfect home accessories to enhance their living spaces.

Key Responsiblities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on our home accessory products to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Pull clients framing orders from the back and load them into their cars.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Answering phones professionally
• Stay up to date on product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Passion for design.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using point of sale

Pay: $19.47 - $20.00 per hour
