Inside Sales Representative

Consultative Selling of Software Products

BSS is seeking qualified candidates for the inside sales representative position. The ideal candidate must have at least two years experience in proven consultative selling of software/SaaS products. This professional must be a self-starter, must possess excellent communication and interpersonal relationships skills, and must have the ability to work independently and as a team member.

Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate new business opportunities and set up product demonstrations.
• Present, promote, and sell products using value propositions for existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members
• Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• At least two years of proven inside sales experience of software and applications.
• Must have experience in consultative selling.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High school diploma: BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field will be a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Hurst/North Richland Hills, Texas  Position must work at our offices. There are no opportunities for remote work arrangements.
