Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. Provide detailed sales reports, actionable insights and dashboards to management and stakeholders.
- Administer and manage sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, ensuring the sales team has access to the latest resources.
- Assist the Sales team with RFP preparation and submission, including gathering requirements, drafting the RFP responses, and preparing exhibits.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as playbooks, product guides and competitive analysis documents.
- Develop and prepare reporting for existing clients including network analysis, member utilization, cost analysis, and market trends.
- Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and quotas. Support the sales team with planning and operational tasks.
- Train sales team members on sales processes, tools, and best practices. Provide ongoing support to ensure adherence to processes and optimal use of tools.
- Cross functional collaboration to align sales strategies to ensure seamless operations and consistency in messaging and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages.
