Role Overview
Were seeking an experienced Outside Sales Associate to join as a 1099 independent contractor. This is a commission-only role with high earning potential150% of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) paid over three months. For example, close a $12,000 MRR deal (e.g., a 20-person finance firm: $4,000 for remote management/security, $4,000 for network detection/GRC, $4,000 for virtual CIO at 2.5 hours/week), and youll earn $18,000 total ($6,000/month for 3 months). Youll source your own leads, cold call, cold email, and close deals in as little as 1-2 weeks, focusing on law, architect, and financial firms. Key Responsibilities
- Source and generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and other self-initiated methods, targeting SMBs (10-250 users) in law, architect, and financial sectors.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, pitching Bonelli Systems managed IT, cybersecurity, and virtual CIO services to decision-makers (e.g., Managing Partners, CIOs).
- Close deals with a consultative sales approach, addressing pain points like cybersecurity risks, compliance, and IT inefficiencies, often within 1-2 weeks.
- Use provided marketing materials and free lead-gen tools to support your efforts.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Go High Level) for lead follow-up, pipeline management, and phone calls.
- Collaborate with our CEO, Michael de Blok, to ensure smooth client onboarding post-sale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in cold calling, cold emailing, and closing deals in law, architect, or financial industries.
- Deep experience sourcing your own leadsself-starters only!
- Familiarity with IT services, MSPs, or cybersecurity sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales mindset.
- Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor in a commission-only role.
- Based in a large US market (e.g., Dallas, Houston, Chicago) where you can drive to meet clients locally if needed.
Compensation
- Commission-only: 150% of MRR, paid over 3 months.
